Almost a giant cliche, Calgary Wranglers rookie defenseman Phil Strasmore is struggling to keep awake on the ice during games and practices.

This has to be due to the sleep regression currently taking ahold of his infant. The future VhLian is just shy of four months and has begun teething.

Strasmore has reportedly been getting inadequate amounts of sleep and it has been affecting his on ice performances.

Calgary GM Ricer has expressed some concerns about the development of his prize horse, but remains positive that Strasmore will see some rest and improvements soon.

”I’ve offered him hotel rooms when we are playing at home but he refuses. I don’t blame him, glad he wants to be with his baby as much as possible. Maybe I’ll hire a nanny for him.”

Strasmore still has much to prove.
