I dunno guys; I feel like I complain an awful lot lately. Exhaustion is a hell of a drug. Shoutout to Ronan Lavalle, I guess, for having an absolutely stupid postseason performance. Dude has 134 shots in 18 games, and 83 hits. Oh, that not enough for you? How about the 26 points to lead all players in scoring in the postseason. Completely absurd performance from Lavalle and a massive reason why the D.C. Dragons went all the way this season. I hope Toronto can get to that point sooner rather than later. Trivium was my first player to not get a Cup in his career, and I'll be damned if Ryuji Sakamoto misses out as well. Waiting is the hardest part....

 

Outside of league talk, I'm waiting to hear back on 3 queries: 1) novel, to an independent publisher who requested it in a Twitter event; 2) children's chapter book, to an agent who requested it in a Twitter event; 3) unsolicited short story, to a pretty prestigious magazine.
