The DC Dragons have defeated the Moscow Menace in 5 games to clinch their first ever Continental Cup. Nezuko’s 10th goal of the postseason in OT set off the celebration in DC. Bubbles Utonium had an incredible finals, including a shutout. Utonium stepped up when DC needed them the most. Forward Ronan Lavelle led the postseason with 26 points and 13 goals. He also recorded 81 hits which was a league best. The Dragons sent Captain Tui Sova into retirement a Continental Cup Champion. Eno Rama’s wait is over. People can say “MID” all they want now, but they’ll have to do it over DC’s trophy.
