Why? 4) Are you wanting to be traded, signed elsewhere, in the offseason? Why? 5) What area do we need to improve for next season? Why? 6) Who provided the most impact in the Locker Room this season, Why? 1. Jacob always does, I don't think that even needs to be asked. 2. No, 100% no. Ivan has played shit all season, and to go from a career high 36 goals last season to less than 36 points this season is honestly just sad. 3. JESSE TENO, arguably one of the greatest VHL goalies of all time and definitely the greatest London goalie of all time, makes them the single most important part of our roster, especially considering our lack of 2nd line production. 4. uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I have retired now... 5. Scoring depth, now that you wont have Ivan to deal with you should be able to bring in a 2C who can score while also not being almost 800 TPA and super expensive. 6. In terms of activity I'd say me, granted not all fo that was good activity, as there were a few arguements. But also Jacob because he is usually the one to respond to me. I didn't reach my personal milestones but we played some of the best defense in the league. No complaints. 3) It's hard to deny the impact that Molly the Cat and Leonard Triller made for us on offense. Teno deserves a shoutout as well. 4) No. I'll play my entire career in London if they'll have me. I really enjoy the players and the locker room atmosphere. 5) It's hard to pinpoint where we need improvements. Our offense is stacked, our defense delivers, and our goalie is phenomenal. 6) Jacob. We have a really great group of guys and girls but Jacob is "the Glue". Thanks, man. Secondary scoring, Seem like Sjin is very quiet then pops off with a couple of goals every now and again. So hopefully a bit of a streak going into the play offs. 2) Discuss what you are working on in your game? Mostly DF, got my scoring up now it's time to become a defensive god. 3) Do you expect season 92 to be more productive that season 91, why? Definitely, my player will be stronger, hoping to get more time on the PP maybe a shot at the first unit? 4) Do you expect to earn more or less TPE in season 92, why? IT's hard to say, probably a similar amount where I'm welfare+ don't have the time to max earn but will try my best. 5) There are many holidays this time of year, which is your favorite, why? No money for holidays student life 6) Do you expect London to play in the Continental Cup finals, why? Yes, Sjin is a lucky gem in the play offs already back to back in 2 different leagues lets make it 3. Because omg if I were spoiled the way my kitten is, it would be the life. 3. The ability to summon instant karma on terrible drivers who deserve it. 4. I think good. I could summon cops to catch speeders, have people cutting in and out of traffic running into each other. So good, but a chaotic good. 5. Of course! Splinters all over the ice would definitely make for an interesting aspect of the game. 6. Updater! Omg I have been trying to get this job since almost day 1. Will probably countdown with my parents and sister over a video call since they are 2 hours ahead! 2. An Orca. A smart, apex predator that keeps a tight pod and is very acrobatic in the water. I like water, it is very relaxing to me and if I could feel that relaxed out in the deep ocean that would be nice. 3. Flying for sure. The freedom that would allow would be crazy especially with how pricey it is to fly within Canada. 6 hour flight to Vancouver for $650! One way! I'd have to stay lower so I don't get too cold but it would be awesome. 4. I would still just be me, but fly to where I need to be. Fly down for eggs from the grocery store, pick up mail and fly over to get my daughter from daycare. If I can fly at a good rate I might do a couple favors here and there that I wouldn't usually do so I guess good overall. 5. I think the VHL should be cutting edge of everything. Hybrid came in and changed the game so let's embrace technology and synthetic materials to go all out! The record books are messed up with old records so let's even things out! 6. I'm not even sure these days. I am just getting my graphics in now and I don't really have the time to do a VHL job to the level I would want to. Would it be over the top, of course, but that is how I do it so for now, AGM in Helsinki fits well. Probably 3rd or 4th. I think we have an amazing team but I know we haven't had the luck to be as good as the top teams. 3. Definitely Sjin, Molly and Triller. Those 3 will for sure bring us some good and hard work. 4. Defense. Always has as long as I've been around and seems to always be. Lacking in D depth is hurting us the most in the end. 5. Helskini. We killed them last season and now without Landon Wolanin, it'll be even easier. 6. Toronto or Davos. Summers and Castle are just too on par with Jesse to make it easy. Why? London is going to be a top team again, I don't see any reason why they would be slowing down the defence is a question mark but I'm sure some moves can be made. 3) What will be London's biggest strength in season 92? Goal tending as usual we have one of the best goalies in the league! 4) What will be London's biggest weakness in season 92? Defence definitely with 2 of our guys retiring jacob has a big job ahead of him to put together a strong a contending blue line. 5) Which team do you expect London to have the best record against in season 92? Why? That's a tricky one maybe Moscow? they're still an upcoming team so we could steal a few extra points of them. 6) Which team do you expect London to have the worst record against in season 92? Why? I don't see any team being particularly dominate against us, I like Malmo will be quite good but I'm not really sure. No reason why we couldn't challenge for the division lead. But let's be safe and say second. 3. I think it's a coin flip between Jesse Teno in the net and our top end scoring, if we put together the Triller-Kerr-Molly line once again. 4. Our blue line is a big question mark as of now. Presumably the current defensive core isn't what we're going with, but we'll see. 5. Vancouver is even deeper in their rebuild than they were last season, after trading away another captain, I think we can sweep the series against them. 6. Seeing as our defense is a question mark, the Prague offense looks especially scary... Triller! Because once again, he is a killer thriller that makes goalies freeze-iller. 2. Not enough probably. But I'll say 20. I think the team we have is likely to take over a lot of bot duty. 3. Hopefully 7-0! Goat bot had a bit of a bad season last year but we all know the best have to get knocked down a bit before they are amazing again. 4. I hope so. I think we will. We have an amazing team that Jacob has been a god at keeping together plus the new additions are really going to benefit us. 5. Probably Marchand. While his E stats weren't great, he had some great goal totals in the M. Hopefully we'll be able to bring the best out of him in the big leagues. 6. 10! He's already made some incredible moves and I think the best has yet to come for 92. Molly, because she's got that dog in her, or that cat in her I guess... whatever she has in her she'll score first. 2. Probably like 15 at most, because London has so many top scorers right now. It would make sense that very few bots end up scoring. 3. .910+ SV%, with a GAA around 2.9 I'd imagine. Just because backup goalies tend to overperform in London, all the time, every season... 4. Yes, becaus ethe only changes are the loss of Retoslav, Nesbitt, and Solyom, who have all been replaced by new players, with Sjin stepping up to fill Retoslav's spot as the 2C for the team. 5. Probably Maloish, jus tbased off the OV attribute among the new additions, and the fact that they are on of the top Defense on the team. 6. 9/10, because he's always a W GM, London hasn't had a "bad" season since he took over. JCarson 744
It is time for our next press conference. Hope everyone is enjoying the easy TPE. Scurvy 1,538
Crashing PC - 1. Im in Oslo and we're about .500 right now. Lots of in actives but were hanging in there. I am hoping Ninefingers can pick up the offense soon and we can win some games. 2. I think London is in the toughest conference and there are some legit defenses in the EU. But looking at your roster I expect the goals to flow soon. 3. Only 14 goals against is huge testament to team defense and Teno is an absolute stud. 4. Hmm....I think so. Simply because London is too talented offensively to stay in this slump. I expect some huge goal increases in the next 5-10 games so I vote yes he will. Predict 7 assists. 5. 4 a game is my prediction. With Kerr, Triller, and Molly the Cat getting hot there is no doubt the goals will increase. 6. Yes, Hall of famer goalie with a good amount of team defense in front of him. No doubt he will be under 2. Best of luck Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/129830-london-press-conference/page/10/#findComment-1012007 Share on other sites
