Elman Diablo 38
Ahh yes, A battle of the two best teams in the entire league of the VHLM the Lynx vs. the Marlins. It would start out with the Marlins striking first with a goal scored by Ben Dover with 11 minutes to go in the first period. In the next period of play, the Lynx would bounce right back with a goal from Mac Atlas with around 18 minutes still to go in the first. That would be all goals scored in the 2nd however. Finally in the 3rd period there were 3 goals scored all together the first being Adam Rage and the Marlins scoring 6 minutes in, but just after that the Lynx would get a goal scored by Brayden Albrecht just a minute after. And in Desperate time comes for desperate measures as with 4 minutes of play Kronchy Kardashian fires one in and the Marlins would go on to win the game. The three stars of this game would be Mac Atlas, David Jokinen, and Adam Rage. And as the Zamboni cleans up the ice another day pasts and another win for the Marlins. VattghernCZ 976
A high scoring affair and a roller coaster of a game between Saskatoon Wild and Las Vegas Aces. You wouldn't find a period more even than period 1 of this game, with both teams logging 8 shots and scoring once. Aces showcased a HOF defense in the second period, only allowing Wild 3 shots on goal - they were able to score on one of those - while sending respectable 11 shots on the Wild net, none of those got past the goaltender. I have no idea what happened in the Wild locker room after the second period, but they came out with vengeance, and with Yaroslav Trunov leading the charge (1+2 in the last period), they scored 4 goals on 21 shots in the last period, allowing 2 goals on just 7 shots. Final score: 6-3 Saskatoon win. Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/130284-games-121-130/#findComment-961390 Share on other sites
