Not too much glow but enough to match what the image is giving off. I think the green band going around is matched up really well and when followed with the eye, the angle makes sense from where it's going behind and coming back out. My only critique would be the eye-line being off from the sphere but that's probably nitpicking. I think maybe raising it a bit would fix the issue but otherwise I really like this graphic.
