Welp, the World Cup run has come to an end for Team World. Definitely not the kind of performance I was hoping for from Sakamoto, or the team. Still, half a point per game, 3.3 hits per game, and just over 2 blocked shots per game in the round robin portion isn't terrible. Not what I wanted, but not terrible. I have to say I'm looking forward to making my next player, though I'll undoubtedly take a break between Ryuji and that heretofore unnamed player. Need to let my brain recharge a bit.

 

I was disappointed not to score any prizes in the VHL raffle, but thems the breaks, right? So instead I treated myself to a series of lowball bids on Far Cry 6 for PS4, eventually winning a copy on Friday for $5. I can't hate too hard on that, and it'll be a nice change of pace when I finish up my current Persona 5 Royal playthrough.
