Close in Europe

The European division is very close, these teams are all fighting for a playoff spot, except Helsinki. Of the 8 teams, there are 7 that are within 12 points of each other. This is so close that the top team and bottom teams of these 7 can literally swap places. The top team in Europe, the Moscow Menace, has been on a roll the last 5 games, and is now on a 5 game winning streak, making the team pull ahead, slowly, but surely from the competition. In the end only 5 of the 8 teams will actually make the playoffs, so it will really depend on who wants it more. With the upcoming trade deadline, the European teams will probably make a big push for trades, and look for that missing piece to bring them over the edge. The teams are working hard, but the GM’s will need to work harder to see the results everyone on the team is looking for.
