Royals collapse defensively

In a rematch between the Royals and Watchmen, Zoidberg, who's agent also is a GM for the Royals (conflict of interest much) exploded offensively for 4 goals and an assist as Bern lost 8-5 despite Jody 3 Moons putting up 3 points. Karlsson ended with 0 points and a +/- of 0 in 24 minutes of action. Royals were 0-6 on the power play while the Watchmen converted twice on 6 attempts. Karlsson has stated that they expected a tough bounce back game from the Watchmen after winning their last meeting and looks forward to their next meeting as he guaranteed Zoidberg won't be scoring another 4 goals.

 

Karlsson has been relatively quiet lately after starting his rookie season relatively well putting up 16 points in 28 games playing in a defense oriented role. His 4 goals on the season have all come on the power play as his reputation of being a power play specialist looks to ring true. Most of his assists have come relatively easy playing with a stud of a defensive partner Jaime Hill and offensive juggernaut Jody 3 Moons. Bern had started off hot winning most of their games but have been brought back to reality lately as they've been crushed by the conference leading Storm, the only team the Royals have a losing record against.
