He has a great set of skills that make him a top contender for the draft, as he stands at 6'4" and 220 pounds. Montgomery has a great set of hands, which allows him to score at ease. Not only is he an impressive player on the ice, he is also a great person off the ice, as he dedicates a lot of his time to charity work. In this SWOT analysis we will be looking at the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of Montgomery Burns. Strengths One of Montgomery Burns’ main strengths is his size. At 6'4" and 220 pounds, he is able to take up a lot of space on the ice and can be a physical presence. He is also very agile and is able to move quickly and efficiently around the ice. His size also allows him to protect the puck very well, as it is hard to move him off of the puck. Another strength of Montgomery Burns is his hands. He has a great set of hands which allows him to score at ease and make beautiful passes to set up his teammates. His hands also allow him to be crafty with the puck and make moves that other players may not be able to. Lastly, Montgomery Burns is a great person off of the ice. He is very involved in charity work and gives back to the community. This is a huge plus for any player and it shows that he is a leader both on and off of the ice. Weaknesses Montgomery Burns does have some weaknesses. One is that he can be prone to taking penalties. He is very physical on the ice and sometimes this can lead to him taking a few too many penalties. He needs to be aware of this and try to control his physicality on the ice. Another weakness of Montgomery Burns is his skating. While he is very agile, his skating can be a bit sloppy at times and he needs to work on this in order to become a better player. Opportunities Montgomery Burns has a great opportunity in front of him right now. He is waiting to get drafted into the VHLM and if he can impress the scouts at the draft, he could be a top pick. This is a great opportunity for him to showcase his skills and show the scouts what he can do. Another opportunity for Montgomery Burns is to work on his weaknesses and become a better player. If he can focus on his skating and his physicality on the ice, he can become an even better player. Threats One of the threats for Montgomery Burns is the competition. There are a lot of other players vying for the same spot as him in the draft, so he will have to stand out in order to get drafted. Another threat for Montgomery Burns is his lack of experience. He is still a junior hockey player, so he may not be as experienced as some of the other players in the draft. He will have to prove that he is ready for the VHLM. Summary Montgomery Burns is a junior hockey player with a bright future ahead of him. His size and skill set make him a great candidate for the VHLM draft, and with the right attitude and hard work, Montgomery can make a name for himself in the VHLM.
