Max- Malmo to Riga

Max Torq had a great time playing in Malmo. Four seasons of fun and success. Malmo is a great place to be when you are either a young player or an old veteran. It was time to rotate the aging players out and bring in some youth for the future success of the team. Max knew this was the plan the whole time and had great communication with the GM. It was a fun time, one I hope to repeat with another player down the road. The trade was a bit sad as all Max's team mates were shipped off and then Max to Riga.

 

Riga, a very interesting team that has an active locker room and players that want to win. It will be a fun challenge to see how well we all player together but I have a feeling it should work out really good for the team this season.

 

Trades can be stressful on a player but Max is happy for his time in Malmo and the friends he made there but looks forward to doing the same with his new team. It should be a great ending to Max's career if he stays in Riga. Good luck to all this next season.
