LastOneUp 160
During a recent press conference, Saskatoon Wild forward Montgomery Burns answered questions regarding his individual success this season, as well as his team's struggles. The Saskatoon Wild sit near the bottom of the VHL standings, and Burns has experienced a dip in his performance during the latter half of the season. When asked about his personal achievements, Burns credited his hard work and dedication to his craft. "I'm proud of what I've accomplished individually, but at the end of the day, it's all about the team and getting wins," he stated. "I just want to do whatever I can to help the team succeed." Despite his individual success, Burns expressed frustration with his team's overall performance. "It's been a tough year for us," he admitted. "We've had our fair share of struggles, but we're a tight-knit group and we're not giving up. We're going to keep fighting until the very end." When asked about his future with the Saskatoon Wild, Burns was noncommittal. "Right now, my focus is on finishing the season strong and doing whatever I can to help the team," he said. "As for the future, that's something that I'll have to discuss with my agent and the team." While Burns may be disappointed with his team's lack of success this season, his dedication to improving his performance and helping his team win has not wavered. As the season winds down, it will be interesting to see how Burns and the Saskatoon Wild finish out their season.
