Review:

I think you have a great future here making grahics. I like the render cut. It looks fairly sharp with no obvious weird edges. The text has a unique font that looks fitting for this style of graphic. The team logo ties it all together. I pointer or two would be to work on the colors you use. The jersey color and background seem to be fighting each other. Another thing is that I would work with a more standard canvas size. 400px X 200px would be the most common. Great work for an early project. Keep it up.
