After a long grind, first year VHLM player Zyn Westwood officially wrapped up his first professional regular season. The season had a lot of ups and downs for the young winger which included goal droughts, injuries and getting traded. Despite the rocky roads to start, Westwood has officially found his game for the Philadelphia Reapers and has been red hot in terms of getting on the scoresheet to help the Reapers make their playoff push.

To review his rookie season in the VHLM, Westwood played 41 games to start the season with the Las Vegas Aces where he had 12 goals, 14 assists and was a minus- 6. He then went on to play 27 games for the Philadelphia Reapers and scored 12 goals, 11 assists and was a plus-7. This brings his first year season total totals to 68 games played, 24 goals and 25 assists for 49 points. This is good for 55th in total scoring in the VHLM.

The Reapers will face Halifax in the first round of the VHLM playoffs, where Westwood will make his professional playoff hockey debut.
