I like the subtle outer glow on the logo to really make it pop and the larger lower-opacity logo in the background is another good touch. The background is great and I like how it is faded out so that it doesn't distract from the focal point. I think the only concern I have is that the Legion logo is a touch low-quality and not as crispy as it could be, which is important when it's one of the only elements.
