I like the cutting in the face guard, something that others seem to miss. The background looks like a good fit and I like the overall color palette. The logos were placed in a realistic position and the text looks like it is working. I would say that if you messed around with the blend ranges on the main logo, you would be able to make it look more integrated. Not much to say about this one other than it looks great.
