With their first ever appearance in the VHL post-season, Jesse Teno has helped the London United not only survive the Wild Card round, but has also helped London win their first ever post-season series! With a 3-1 series win over Riga, London is officially heading into the playoffs and Jesse Teno is soaking it all in. The first game of the series would also be a shutout for the goaltender and set the stage of a successful run. During the 4 games, Teno managed a 0.944 save percentage, 2.0 goals against average, 1 shutout, and only allowed 8 goals. This was against Henry Tucker Jr. who managed 0.932 save percentage, 2.75 goals against average, and held the United to only 11 goals over those games.

“I’m really looking forward to my first playoff series,” said the goalie. “I never saw the playoffs in the M, didn’t make it past the first round in the E, and last season we didn’t even make it here. So I’m just looking forward to finally seeing some playoff hockey from the ice instead of from home.”
