KRZY 416 Posted June 7, 2023 Share Posted June 7, 2023 Recently Todd Cooke was named to team Canada for the S88 World Cup , accomplishing a goal he set out for himself in his rookie VHL season. “this is the stuff you dream of as a kid wearing the maple leaf and representing Canada has been a dream and goal of mine for as long as I can remember!” Cooke joins a powerhouse forward core and will look to bring the same type of production he closed S88 out with with the LA Stars. Cooke’s young he’s driven and he plays hard every shift , he will work hard to show management they made the right decision when they put him on this team ! Overall Team Canada is shaping up to be a very good team that could very well go all the way and win a gold medal . They are strong at every position and have a good mix of youth and experience as well as an experienced GM in @Baby Boomer. Cooke was very persistent saying he just wanted to do whatever it took to help bring a gold medal back to the great white north !
