Houston vs Las Vegas

 

Talk about trapping, the first period of the game offered only four shots in total! You might now think it was 0-0 after the first - wrong. Anisimov scored for Las Vegas with their only shot. In the second period, we saw far more action, but no goals. Houston was closer in scoring as they had 14 shots. Las Vegas also managed to improve in terms of chances created - Vegas had 8 shots. After two periods of action, Las Vegas still leading 1-0. Houston finally got a reward for all the chances they had created when Zilla tied the game 1-1 when around 6 minutes of the game were left. Two minutes later Vegas faced another tough blow - Lajeunessa Jr scored 2-1 for Houston. Las Vegas was not able to tie the game - Houston deservedly won 2-1.
