Many people say that with smaller teams it would equal increased activity along the boards and have players in a close and tight knit community. Less teams also will mean higher competition and more parity within the league. All of these sound pretty damn good actually. There is one thing I have to counter for this: I don't want us to cut down on teams. I would rather be one of the few actives on my team and rack up stats in the VHLM to get 20 on my tracker. I won't be able to do that with Saskatoon this season either, mainly because on active teams actives are buried under other actives. I'm also pretty sure that most people, especially recreates, want to gain as much TPE as possible too. Also, Halloween is here! Meaning there will probably be some cool giveaway announcement that gives us TPE. A free triples week would sound real nice right around now .. "But wait alternate dimension Boom, what about TPE inflation?!". I'm so tired of this.
