Bogatyrev Lists Property on Market

Observant social media users yesterday noted that a property linked to Seattle Bears forward Yaroslav Bogatyrev in Seattle was listed as for sale.

 

Passers-by posted photographs of the for sale sign outside of the property, noticing that the star forward’s SUV was parked outside.

 

It marks another development in what has been a disruptive offseason for the Bears forward, who is currently in Russia with his family. He is spending the pre-season in the Urals region, training with his father, a notable coach.

 

Bogatyrev scored 82 points last season but only mustered 6 points as the New York Americans dumped the Seattle Bears out of the playoffs at the Conference Semi-Final stage.

 

VHL.com reached out to both the Seattle Bears organization and Yaroslav Bogatyrev’s representatives for comments over the latest development. Earlier this offseason, Bogatyrev’s agent told the press that the Russian forward was currently considering options as trade rumours began to surface.

 

Sources close to the Bears organization said that the Pacific Northwest team was looking to retool and gain draft capital for the S89 VHL Entry Draft, although no trade was forthcoming. It is worth noting that Bogatyrev has a no-trade clause through the upcoming seaso.
