Storm Warning! New kid in town!

What a glorious day for the storm, our main man has made the jump to the E. Coming off a 66 point season in Houston, the former captain of the Bulls organization has somehow stumbled his way to Oslo all the way in Norway. The delinquent from northern Alberta has made himself a household name in Oslo when the storm snagged him with the 18th pick in the season 89 draft. They have taken up the new kid and slapped him on the second line and hoped for the best and it seems to be working out for him so far. He has 18 points in his first 20 games and the seems to be no signs of slowing hopefully. New management has come to the organization after the change that rocked the E its been a rough start which is to be expected after a massive shake up. Although the team is in shambles and have only managed to put 3 tallies in the win column at the time of writing this 20 games deep into the season, the VHLE rookie is showing promise with his ability to dish the puck at the most opportune moments. Even though the youngster is finding temporary success he still has a lot to work on when it comes to developing his game. An above average two way player, he excels at neither causing him to lack a major facet of his game. Lacking goal scoring potential is a major problem so that will have to be addressed and worked into his game. He seems to be quarterbacking the majority of the plays he's a part of so his leadership has progressed tremendously since his first game in the M. With the possibility of the a jump to the VHL lurking next season he has a lot to improve in a short amount time with his main focus being his offensive capabilities. Being a steady TPE earner Toms should have ample opportunity to improve his offensive game before his next jump. Before that bridge is crossed he has to prove himself amongst the ever hungry players in the VHLE. With so much up and coming talent its a sea of competition and the kid is going to have to work his ass off to stand out among the crowd before he gets a chance to hop up onto the Phantoms roster. The E is the perfect place for the rookie to cut his teeth and see what he's made of and I for one cannot wait to watch this ever developing, and possibly HOF, career.
