I love the background effect and it really compliments the render and text. I only see a couple of issues with this graphic. The logo is not lined up with the jersey and you left some NHL branding on the render. Your render cutout looks clean except down by his pants. Those are all just nitpicking but I have to comment on what I see. Overall I like how you do these graphics. You really have cornered the market on this style.
