Rips season 91 Progression: Sober Sunday Thoughts!

 

Okay, we are liiiive! Back at it after another busy week around the league. I decided to take a few minutes and chat about Rippy Dubs pretty giant leap on the geno and apple production this season. 

 

So, last season, season 90…Rip had 12 goals, 12 assists in 72 games and was a freezing cold -22. I would say that the highlight for Rip was definitely the 325 hits!! 

 

Now moving on to the current season, season 91. Through 66 games, The Ripper has 28 goals and 28 assists for a 56 point total. Tips is getting a ton of shots on the net with 326 so far. Here’s whereas a fan of “old time hockey”, it gets a little ugly….a measly 89 hits…almost down to ONE hit per game…lady bing might be in Rips future as well with only 34 pims. 

 

I’m happy with Rips production and his willingness to change roles to help the club…he is after all the ultimate “team guy”…a T Triple G as a matter of fact! Here’s to the Wranglars making the playoffs and surprising a few teams!
