In the battle between good and evil, the first period was dominated by Team World, they had a whopping 17 shots to Team Europe's 7. However, we had to wait until the second period to see the first goal of the game, Ironhide scored a shorthanded goal for Team World. Von Schweetz made it 2-0 on the powerplay, and icing on the cake for the poor second period for Team Europe - Moon Moth scored the 3-0 goal when around 5 minutes was left of the second period. The third period was perhaps the most boring period of the game, both teams had 8 shots, Team Europe never managed to get a proper comeback going. The game ended 3-0 for Team World.
