I think the way you used his players image in 3 different ways really gives this graphic a dynamic that some graphics don't have a I personally enjoy it. I think the sparks or the almost camp fire crackle effect you used really blends the team name and the player together very well even though its a small detail i personally think it takes the graphic to a whole new level.
