If the title of this article makes you think of a porn scene, it's because Dogwood Maple really does have that dog in him. After being traded to the Moscow Menace, Dogwood (yes we'll refer to him by his first name instead of his last name as tradition) has absolutely ran train on the entire league. His point production has been off the charts at an astonishing 20 points in only 11 games played - 10 goals and 10 assists. Not only that, Moscow just can't lose with him in the lineup. They have one shootout lose and that's it, the other ten games have all been wins. Dogwood's play has also rubbed off on his line mates David Rashford and Jarmo Ruutu who've also been lights out. There are times for overreaction and this is one of them. This is the single greatest trade in VHL history and Moscow are winning the cup.
