Hello It's San Diego's Meghan Dancalot here again with another weekly update for my team. Last time, I didn't feel like filling in the winners, but I'll try my best to fill in a little more this time. Also, since I'm adding ties to the mix.. Ender also finished as the second best last week (for the record books). Go Marlins!

Criteria:

A. Point streaks (for goaltenders, most times above 900)

B. Second-place finishes (total)

C. First stars (total stats included for pointless games; goaltenders get 1 point per 10 saves).

Games 11-21
Consistent goes to..
C Nicholas Sunderbruch Jr. & LW Justin Rike (5 games)

Although Sunderbruch may have the better streak, leading the way three separate times along this string of games, Rike is no joke and has also turned on his afterburners too. Flipping their script upside down, I saw improvements in all areas: Jr. tallied 4 goals and 6 assists, and J.R. added up 3 goals and 4 assists in their consistent streak. In the 11 games, they had a total of 13 and 9 points. Before the games, Nicholas had just 7 and Justin had 4.

Second-best goes to..
LW Meghan Dancalot (3 games)

Holding onto my fire-hot magma streak from last week and fitting myself into the second-best position is pretty neat. I didn't want to be our best player every time, especially with my build being worse than most of our team, but it's nice to know I didn't drop off the face of the earth and my build is still useful. It was close, though; four teammates had two games in second, so it was very close to being a five-way tie. Along this Robin streak, I boosted Sunderbruch twice, matching him in points (1-1 7 SH, 0-3 6 SH, 3H), and helped Caville once (0-1 8 SH).

Team leader goes to..
G Kendra Cavill & C Nicholas Sunderbruch Jr. (4 games)

Knocking on the door twice, it's Sunderbruch again leading our team the most times. Besides him is a just as solid Cavill, who continued her net presence and also solidified her name among the VHLM leaders. Marking their tracks in nearly half of our games, both players kept on upping each other, starting with Cavill after two games and going back to Jr. the next, Cavill again in Game 6, Jr. in Game 7, Cavill gets her third Game 8, Jr. right behind her Game 9, Cavill with a fourth Game 10, and ending it on the 11th Game in a match where they both stepped up, Junior. Stats for Nicholas are similar to his consistent streak: 4 goals and 6 assists in the four games, 2 games with 1-2, 1 with 2-2. Kendra won with 31, 27, 21, and 20 saves, shutting out Houston in our final game for her second-highest save win.
