I'm going to guess this is a Duncan Keith Oilers render, so the red effects to represent the flames of the Bulls works really well here. The logo is also perfectly blended in to the point where it looks like the original picture. The blurred background (along with the lighting and filters) really makes the render pop, and the black-lined logo blends well into the sharp red background. I do like the text, but think it should be a bit bigger, and not spaced out so much. The shade of red probably should be a bit closer to the bulls red, but that's minor.
