They can be very hard to get right as the formatting is much more critical than a single render graphic. I think you did a good job with the positioning of the two renders. Nice big team logo lurking in the background adds a lot to this graphic. Logo swaps are not perfect but very passable. Both renders have good detail, which looks very good as well. I like the dust/scratch layer or whatever you used for the effect. About the only thing that looks off is the text. Having the Jr. by itself doesn't look right to me but that is subjective. Overall, this is an above average graphic that showcases a level of skills.
