Review:

Wow, you really got the neon text going on this graphic. I needed to grab my sunglasses to continue. All kidding aside, this looks really good in a lot of different ways, and it has a  couple of things that could have been done differently. I like the text row background layer, that always fills any dead zones and looks interesting if nothing else. That and the city skyline for Calgary all works together, like it should. Like I said, the text looks great and I think the position of it is fitting for this design. I think the blurring on the helmet is a bit off putting. I think you were trying to hide a logo or something. That and the render's black level is really crushed. I bit of levels adjustment could have added some detail. And of course, you left the NHL collar logo. Overall, I like the design, even though it might be a bit rushed.
