The Calm Before the Storm - George Richmond

Is there really a calm before the storm? | HowStuffWorks

Finals, Game 6, in Moscow. This would be the first time Moscow has won a cup since S70. The entire season has led up to this point for both of these teams, with Toronto currently holding a 3-2 deficit in the finals. George Richmond has been an exceptional player for Moscow in the playoffs, dropping 23 points in 20 games played, with a +9. However, none of these stats matter at this moment. There is currently one, possibly two games left in the finals where anyone can win, anyone can be the hero. For Moscow, it would be a monumental win, and a first ever for GM Spartan as he would finally break his curse. On the other side, Toronto would be picking up another trophy under Moon, cementing themselves as a potential dynasty. Regardless of what happens, the cup will be awarded today as both GMs have agreed to play Game 7 today, should it go there. One side will be crowned champions, while the other, left with nothing. Hockey is a brutal sport at the end of the day, but only one can be crowned victorious.
