Rashford Wins First Continental Cup

It's been quite the journey for the unsigned draftee David Rashford, but he's finally won the ultimate prize that every kid dreams of winning. Yes, that's right, David Rashford (formerly of the Helsinki Titans, sort of) is part of the Season 94 Champions - the Moscow Menace! "I couldn't be happier right now," said Rashford, barely able to speak that he was so filled with emotion. "It's really the thing everyone wants to achieve. The other guys were fighting so hard, pushing us night in and night out to be the best versions of ourselves. It's been a long tough road but we finally made it. Much love to my teammates who were incredible throughout the playoffs. Everyone stepped up in a big way. Gunner and Latty anchoring the two lines scoring more times I can count. Monsiuer Bocage and Leafer anchoring our defence and producing the way they did. So incredible. Big shout out to my linemate Lewy who has been on my opposing wing more often than not during my career. We've had such great chemistry and were finally able to put it all together at the most important time. Skyo was a monster as well. So much credit to go around I can barely think of it all." Rashford will surely take some time to rest up and relax ahead of an uncertain off-season. There are questions about where he will end up signing next year, but whatever the case he's certainly showed that any championship-aspiring team would know they are getting a proven performer and winner.
