Review:

 

I really like this one. The compositions of the large font and the jersey swap is really well done and I wouldn't change that at all. A couple of things that I would tweak a little would be the smaller font and the render. The font of "Protect the Rope", "Anchor Down", "The 21st", and "XCVI" in the top right are really small and hard to read even after zooming in. The thinner font with the large kerning might contribute to that a little as well. As far as the render goes, it fits will with the overall graphic but it blends in a lot with the background. Adding a bit of a lightsource in behind the player would separate them from the background and make them pop a little as well. Overall, well done and I like it very much. 7/10
