Aimee 1,119 Posted November 8 Share Posted November 8 Helsinki, FI – Early this morning, defenseman Ahsoka Tano was traded to the Seattle Bears for defenseman Sunset Moth and a handful of S98 picks. Rumor has it that Tano requested the trade, wanting to be on a team that has their eye on the post season. With Helsinki working through the growing pains of a rebuild, the could be face of the franchise just decided that she wanted more out of her rookie season. To date this season, Tano has 7 goals and 36 assists for 43 points and is -18. While her stats are struggling compared to last season in the VHLE, she has managed to stay at the top of the Rookie leaderboard all season, currently leading by 10 points over 2nd place Phil Sakic of Calgary. She is also 2nd in Shots Blocked with 185, 32 behind leader Joseph Dubois of DC.
