Eagles working on skating

Roger Eagles has hired a private skating coach in order to work on and improve his skating. While his skating is pretty good for a goalie, Roger, wanting to be the best is looking for improvements in this area.

 

"I think out of all my abilities it is the weakest and myself being a perfectionist, I decided to look on how I can improve my skating. I think I found the solution by hiring one of the top skating coaches in the country." Roger said "I want to work on my backward and side to side skating. I think if I can improve this, my game will significantly get better. I am always looking to improve and looking at tapes this is the biggest spot that sticks out"

 

Roger has continued to play well in his sophomore season by tying his personal best in wins with 19, a personal best in shutouts with 3 and if things continue as they have been he will also set personal bests in goals against average, currently at 2.86 and save percentage which currently sits at .921

With the help of his skating coach, these stats could improve even further by the time the season winds down.
