Sunday evening blathering

It suddenly occurred to me that it's Sunday evening and I haven't done one of these this week as of yet. Oops. So much for being proactive. I really do try,  guys, I swear.

 

I don't have much to say about the league. D.C. didn't make the playoffs, so I don't care about the playoffs. Simple formula, honestly. The best thing I can say is that I hope whoever we draft can help us turn this thing around. Maybe I'll do my media next week on the draft class.

 

Every day this year has been a long week. I'm very tired. Friday, my meeting with my supervisor was cut extremely short due to multiple power failures during the meeting. Weather-related, so I couldn't do shit about it, but at least I got my steps in. After that, instead of lunch, I finally did a review with a guy I hired earlier in the year. Basically a six month review. He's not doing well in any capacity and I told him I was *this* close to firing him a month ago due to a major screw up. My supervisor wants to have a meeting, the three of us. Should be a blast lol.
