Player Spotlight – Joseph Poole

VHL First generation player Joseph Poole joined the VHL just over a month ago on October 27, 2024. After joining the league Poole joined the VHLMs Halifax 21^st, for the last forty-eight games of the regular season. The American born forward put up three goals and three assist in the teams forty-eight games. Poole also saw action in Halifaxs’ seven regular season games, where Poole put up one assist in those seven games.

 

While Poole didn’t put up gaudy offensive numbers in his forty-eight regular season games played, off the ice Poole kept putting in work to improve his game. Poole started with seventy-two base TPE and has grown that number up to 153 TPE in just over a month. While Poole has been mostly claiming welfare for the point task portion of weekly TPE, he has been using the option of supplemental TPE in trivia and press conferences to get close to the TPE cap each week.

 

Poole currently sits as the twenty-first best prospect available for the VHL Entry Draft and seventh best prospect available for the VHLM Dispersal Draft. We wish Poole the best as he continues on his VHL journey this off-season.
