Look: 2/3 - The text is just there, it's not great and rather plain. The blending doesn't work well here, the coloring is all over the place. One thing I usually do that may help is desat the face and choose a color for the background that matches the jersey somewhat. Your stock would work well with a different render but there is way too much flesh tone here. The blending is strange, and the text is very bland. Adjusting the coloring would go a long way. Creativity: 1/1 - You got it.
