When he sang the words "The waiting is the hardest part", Tom Petty spoke the truth. After the final season for Harry Callahan wrapped up, the focus shifted to the next player to come along (a still unnamed player). As we get set to begin the start of S98, we're just 35 days away from the S100 creation date. Hopefully the time flies by as the date te re-create approaches, in the meantime it'll just be General Manager duties for me. It feels weird to not have a player to pull up on Monday mornings and fire up the early TPE claims. I'm looking forward to this season for the Legion. We've got some players that are about to come into their own, and the additions this off-season leave me optimistic that it's going to be an entertaining season. The mix of veterans looking to win a Cup late in their career with players entering the middle of their career taking the next step, and a rookie who is ready to come in and follow up a strong VHLM career gives us a lot of different perspectives on the roster. Here's hoping that it ends up being a fun ride!
