Steve 2,055
Review: Who doesn't like a good fight. It's like going to a Nascar race for the crashes. I like that you have Malmo fighting Seattle, that is a good rival I would imagine. On to the graphic. I like the players position in this shot. You did a good job of marking each render with the proper logo, so that makes it good right off the bat. The renders are really low quality, and I wish they had more detail, but you have to do with what you have to work with. I like the text at the top, the splash effect should have been in blood red but that's my opinion. Overall, you got your point across, and it doesn't look bad. Good job 8/10 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/155917-fightingman-dan/#findComment-1057481 Share on other sites

Good job 8/10 Expand Thank you, yeah, with the tools I use I tend to be at the mercy of whatever images I can find with the correct jersey colors by default since I dont currently have a "good" way to swap the colors besides pain stakingly painting each pixel manually. In retrospect, making the back one red would have made sense. I did think about making the ice in the background bloody snow or bloodied ice instead, but figured that may be a little too graphic for the forum. Overall I appreciate you choosing to review my first ever (released) VHL graphic! Much love Steve, one of my favorite players in my short stint as a VHLM GM, and I can't wait to see Mercer hit the ice!
