Eagles gets the green light

After an injury plagued season, Roger is fit enough and has been given the green light to finish out the season.

This is good news to the Stars as they are hoping for a late push into the wildcard spot. They are currently 10 points out with 13 games left to play.

 

"Ricky played great and gave me time to recover and now its time for me to jump back in and finish out the season strong" Roger said "It's going to be a very tough task with only 13 games left but their is belief in our locker room. We just need to get on a hot streak in these last few games and we might have a shot"

 

The Stars are in a 4 game losing streak which really has set them back and even if they don't qualify this year, there is lots of hope for next season

 

" While we will give everything we have this season, I am very confident next season we won't be fighting for the spot in the last few games, I believe we will be confidently in either the wildcard or playoff spot" Roger continued "Team has grown well this season and if we can add a few missing pieces we will be golden. I think what were really lacking is that one true scoring forward but I think we will be able to pick someone up or trade for someone that will help us out next season"
