Why I might win ROTY

Had a pretty solid rookie season, if you don’t know who my player is click me.

 

Bubbles finished his first regular season for the Los Angeles Stars who unfortunately missed out on clinching a playoff spot due to a terrible back half of the season. The light at the end of the tunnel though was Bubbles’ individual performance. 
 

• 1st in Rookie Points (79)
• T-6th Defensemen Points (79)
• T-10th Assists (59)
• 9th Shots Blocked (160)
• T-9th Powerplay Points (29)

 

In my eyes these are really good top 10s to be apart of. You can argue that I was top 10 in shots blocked because LA sucked, which we did and I was even third in shots blocked on the team with only three defenders. You can argue that there wasn’t much competition throughout the team for points with an underdeveloped roster. Either way, I’m really happy with how Bubbles performed, he’s had the best rookie season of any player I’ve created… and to top things off he’s my first defenseman. 
 

It was a lot of fun watching myself and @SMYLS4 battle all season for most points by a rookie. Whoever wins the award I’ll be happy with. In my eyes the only award you should really be itching to win is a Continental Cup and I’m really hoping this LA rebuild can come into full effect after a few more seasons.
