Weekend Update

Hey y'all. Hope the week wasn't too bad for you. I'm standing outside in a light drizzle waiting to get into a library book sale and realized I haven't done one of these this week. This would be a lot more pleasant if it were 10 degrees warmer. 

 

Anyway, I've got my first client for my LLC this coming week. Nothing to write home about payment-wise, but it has to start somewhere. I'm still applying to a lot of jobs and hoping to have something positive happen.

 

Another long VHL offseason is not something I would call positive. Making the playoffs with Toronto each of the last 2 seasons is a nice change, but Shev's career is already half done and I have nothing to show for it. That really needs to change. I don't know what individual award is most likely at this point, but gimme. I want Shev to be a leader on the team and in the league. I want Shev to lead Toronto to a title. It's so frustrating to put in so much effort and have nothing to show for it; it's time for that to change. And who knows, maybe I'll even have a new job in time for that to happen.
