Molholt 2,185
Max Mølholt has an official team in the VHLM now after spending a partial season with the Ottawa Lynx. He was drafted by the Saskatoon Wild with the 10th overall pick in the draft, the third in the 2nd round. Max was the third player to be drafted by the Wild, following Biggu Kyanon and Ariel Weinstein. Max spent time with Weinstein with the Lynx last season and they both gained valuable playoff experience that could help them better prepare for the coming year. It is likely that all three of these players will spend one year with the Wild before they enter the VHL. They will all enter the S45 VHL Dispersal Draft, which doesn't guarantee that they will be leaving the team but they all project as being ready to make the jump within the year. If that is the case, we'd expect all of them to be doing their best to make a run at a title this season, as they likely won't have future opportunities. A great goaltender in net and a couple of good skaters added to the roster will definitely bolster their chances. Max will be looking to make strides with his offense this season, he is an okay skater but hasn't quite picked up all of the skill based talents. His physical traits do seem to be improving however, and the skill should come if he continues to work at it as he has been. He will look to be a top option on offense for the Wild this season.
