EXCLUSIVE: Drake Visits Saskatoon Wild Dressing Room

Ottawa, ON. - The players of the Saskatoon Wild were left stunned today after they received a visit from an unexpected fan. International music superstar and Ontario native Drake stopped by the team's dressing room, after being in attendance for the game, to congratulate Saskatoon on their win.

"It was so surreal" says Saskatoon player Jonathan Killeen. "We were all in the dressing room laughing and joking, the door opens and our media manager walks in, followed by Drake and his entourage." Drake posed for pictures with the players and had a brief conversation with the players, where it's reported that he called the Wild "his favourite team in the VHLM", likely inspired by last season's Founder's Cup success.

"I jokingly asked him what the chances were of him coming up to Sasky to watch a game and he told me he was planning on it next time he was in town." Killeen told me. "After VHLM draft day, this has to be the greatest day of my life so far."
