Look: 2.25/3 - I think there could be a lot more going on here to give some better depth and direction to the entire thing. Currently the background colors are clashing with the render colors, which isn't necessarily incorrect but you can use some layers dedicated to lighting to really improve on blending them together. I don't hate the text, I actually think it saves you a little bit. Currently the text is the focal point, as it draws the most attention. I think if you did something like apply image at the end, and then did some burning on the background and dodging on the render, as well as a bit of blurring on the background and you could really make this pop. In general you have done work, but this is far from a finished graphic in my opinion. I like the effort on the background, but the render seems just too far from it and it isn't going together.
