While Zach Parechkin is no longer the goals and points leader anymore at this point in time, his production is still impressive. MC Hammer is the one who is leading those categories, with 100 points including 49 goals.

Parechkin, now follows up second in both of those statistics, with 41 goals and 46 assists for 87 points. With those numbers in only 39 games, it's easy to guess that he will greatly surpass the 100-point milestone which Hammer has already reached. There is also the idea that Parechkin has the much more balanced team, and is not as heavily relied upon as MC Hammer. While having a little bit less points, Zach also has been the more physical one, with 101 hits as opposed to MC's 61.

For both of these top players in the VHLM, it seems like the sky is the limit for them, and there is no telling who will be the leader in those statistical categories come season's end.

We've sat down for a few minutes with some brief words from Parechkin on what lies ahead:

"It is great to be leading the league in these categories, but what I am most excited about is the push to try and win the Founder's Cup with these boys in the locker room. I want to win a cup, no matter where I am playing, so individual awards aren't exactly important to me. It is nice to win them, but I'm gunning for the holy grail"

Following up that statement is a piece about the draft, :

"I simply cannot wait to find out which VHL team I will play for as well. I really want to get to the VHL and play for the Continental Cup against big league guys like Phil Hamilton, Bismarck Koenig, and Lord Karnage."

I can't buy a Point Task Upgrade in the VHLM, so now I actually have to write this stuff. :(
