Renomitsu 934
BRAMPTON, ON - Recent insider information from the Brampton locker room has revealed that the Brampton Blades, in spite of a comfortable twenty-six point cushion over third place in the North American Conference, is considering shuffling players around on their lines or between teams. Concerns regarding offensive output and trading players have been voiced (although most have not gone through), and rookie GM Kel has decided it's time to make some changes. However, this seems to have come in the form of adding players from the waiver wire rather than trading or cutting them. Brampton has recently added brand-new S47 draftee Tom Lincoln, an apparent offensive powerhouse that could provide the spark that Brampton needs to be in serious contention for first place in the North American conference. They've also added Atticus Von Braxton IV, a young goalie with a promising career and excellent VHL pedigree. Von Braxton IV is likely to compete for the starting job at Brampton, as Chris Fekete continues to show difficulties adjusting to the minor league level. The next several games will be telling for Brampton, who seems to be below the levels of the European Big Three but above the rebuilding Watchmen, Rush, and Lynx; will Lincoln be enough to stem the multitude of overtime heartbreaks Brampton has suffered this season?
