It's been a really rough season for the Seattle Bears so far. With only two wins through 22 games, it doesn't look like things will be getting any easier for the team that sits dead last in the league standings. Rookie defenseman Jeff Hamilton is a league low -21 this season, likely because his defensive play hasn't been sharp. He has spent a lot of time in the defensive zone this season in Seattle. He's scored five goals so far and he has set his goal as 20 on the season. That's likely a lofty expectation, but ideally other teams will start playing their back-ups against the Bears.

"Yes, we have sucked this season, but that comes with the lack of experience. All I can do is try to improve, especially my defensive game which has really been lagging behind. It's time to get back on the practice ice and improve what I've been doing," Hamilton said.
